Psychologists have long known that every person has two great longings and inward needs. The first is to be loved, and the second is to love. But when pressures and heartaches come into our lives, many give up any hope of ever finding love.

The tragedy is that we often look in the wrong places to fill this deep, deep need and longing. Some substitute lust for love. Others pursue material things or superficial relationships - all in the futile attempt to fill a God-shaped vacuum in the human heart.

But there is good news! There is a love worth finding and a love worth sharing. The Bible says, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life" (John 3:16). On the cross of Christ, God's mighty love was revealed and offered unconditionally to all who would be saved.

My dear reader, accept Jesus Christ as your Saviour, wait no more ...

What can you do with Jesus ?
You can accept or reject Him
You can crown or crucify Him
You can confess Him
Or you can deny Him
But, you can´t be neutral ...

Please take some time to listen:

He says He loves me, when I hear the rain
He says He loves me, with a sunset
He says it without words, with the sea waves
He says it in the morning with my breath

He says He loves me and that with me He wants to be
He says He searches for me when I go out
That He has done everything for calling my attention
That He wants to conquer my heart and give me joy

He says He loves me, when I see the cross
His arms extended, that huge is His Love
The wounds in his hands and feet say so
He says He loves me, over and over …

Dear Lord,

Put a smile on my face, give me a heart with compassion for others and help me do what you are telling me to do even though I don´t feel like, even though I am beginning to dislike the people closer to me, even though I feel nobody is understanding the true meaning of what I am expressing ... help me remember Jonah's "lack of love" story...

... and God's servants must not be troublemakers. They must be kind to everyone, and they must be good teachers and VERY PATIENT. Be humble when you correct people who oppose you. Maybe God will lead them to turn to him and learn the truth. They have been trapped by the devil, and he makes them obey him, but God may help them escape.

My Dear God,

Why we have to suffer so much ? Why can´t we enjoy more moments of happiness ? Why do we have to see tears of suffering during a night that was supposed to be moments of laugh, sharing and joy while celebrating a brother's birthday ?

Help remind us that you are in control of everything even though we don´t understand and nothing makes sense for us. Give us strength and as your Word says: Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with THANKSGIVING, we present our requests to You. And YOUR PEACE, which transcends all understanding, will guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus.

Help us remember your suffering in the cross was million times worst than our deepest pain. Help us Lord to continue, help us...

... even if you are feeling like giving up on God and everything, trust in the LORD with ALL YOUR HEART, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths each and everyday : )

- I can surrender my own desires
- I can smile and have joy again in my heart
- I can trust in Him all my plans
- I can say sorry and share with my loved ones again as if nothing happened
- I can help my brothers & sisters
- I can continue praying for them
- I can find relief in Him each and everyday
- I can love and share His gospel

Thanks my dear Lord : )

Jesus Christ's STRONGER ...

- Stronger than my own desires
- Stronger than my sadness
- Stronger than my tears
- Stronger than my plans
- Stronger than my disagreements with my loved ones
- Stronger than my indifference toward my brothers & sisters
- Stronger than fights between members of His Body
- Stronger than my deepest pain
- Stronger than my lack of love for others

His LOVE, compassion and caring for me is way stronger ...

... a friend you can count on when in your darkest hour, in your deepest loneliness, in your biggest struggles, in your sad tears and in your happy laughs !

Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective...James 5:16

God created a wonderful world indeed... although in our everyday busy rush through life we rarely stop, I mean really stop, to appreciate the beauty and be thankful for the Lord's beautiness in creation ...

Money is not a root of all evil, the LOVE OF MONEY IS a root of all evil.

1 Timothy 6 : 9-11 says:

People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.

The Simplicity of Salvation
by Dr. Adrian Rogers

Jesus said, "For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost" (Luke 19:10). Do you want to know how to be saved? Or want to know how you can tell others how to be saved? Then, let's look at Romans 10:1-10:

1 Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. 2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. 3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. 4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. 5 For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them. 6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? that is, to bring Christ down from above: 7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead. 8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

The Righteousness That God Rejects
When a person tries to be righteous by keeping the Ten Commandments or by doing good deeds, God rejects that. Why would God do that? Because God is holy and man is sinful at his best. The best that we can do is not enough.

We don't have what it takes to keep the Ten Commandments in our own strength. If you're hanging over a fire by a chain of ten links and nine of them are forged steel and one of them is made of paper, how safe are you?

That's the reason the Bible says if we should keep the whole law and yet offend in one point, we are guilty of all. God demands perfection and we just can't supply it. Salvation is not a reward for the righteous; it is a gift for the guilty. Salvation is not a goal to be achieved; it is a gift to be received.

The Righteousness That God Reveals
Romans 1:17 says, "For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith." The only righteousness that is acceptable to God is a gift of faith through His Son Jesus Christ.

You believe in who He says He is – the God made flesh who died and rose again for you to be reconciled to God. Then, you repent of your sins and confess Christ as Lord of your life.

If Jesus is not the Lord of your life, then He is not your Savior. Salvation is not a cafeteria line where we say, "Well, I believe I'll have a little Savior today, but no Lordship. Thank you." No! Jesus is Lord.

The Righteousness That God Requires
The only righteousness that God will accept is sinless perfection. And that was accomplished through His Son Jesus Christ.

Romans 3:21 says, "This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe." Romans 10:10 says, "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

Do you know what it means to believe and confess that Jesus is Lord? It literally means that you agree with God. In this context, it also means that you will tell others about this confession. And that means you will not be ashamed. There are only two ways to be saved: If you live a sinless life (which no one has done, except Jesus) or you ask the Jesus to take the payment of your sin for you (which He did on the cross), and accept His righteousness on your behalf. Second Corinthians 5:21 says, "For He [God] hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him."
